Fame is short lived. The author believes a long list of accomplishments be not a necessary for people to significantly benefit from reading this short book. The author has been totally self supporting since age 12. He fought for over 2 years in front line and behind the front lines of mortal combat in the Korean war, spent some time in a POW torture camp, had to learn to walk again, use forearms and hands again. He has traveled over half this world enjoying living with many different people with many different lifestyles. At an early age was taught in China and Japan that which is known as the Universal Spiritual Truth Knowledge which is the knowledge from which came the Spiritual Belief Systems and today's Religions. In some places it still exists in it's pure short form. It can easily be written on 3 pages. The author has used this knowledge and the functions and abilities within the Universal Life Energy for over 50 years. He possesses near to instant forgiveness. He does not do the angry and sustains serious control of Ego, the 2 most negative, destructive behavior of humans. He desires no personal publicity, desires no accolades. the universal life energy

This book presents many positive ideas drawn from varied different sources. It's somewhat repetitive, but reads fluidly. The one humourous aspect of the book is the language phrasing it is written in. The author addresses the reader in terms like "oh human" and describes things as "it be this" and "it makes the much" which is similar to theological old english texts and makes it somewhat difficult to take the book seriously. I don't know why the author felt it nessesary to write in that style. However if you can get past that, the book presents some good ideas that you can use to live your daily life.
